Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

Great 80s sound here. I loved 'Human League' and Phil Oakey's voice. Surprised and pleased to see that this one topped the American charts as it had only got to #8 here. (Their only British number one was the iconic 'Don't You Want Me?', which also reached Billboard's top).

Has your Spring, or even Summer, definitely arrived now? We've just had two days of having been shown what it ought to be like, before it was taken away as though it was too much of a good thing, and we've gone back to unseasonably cold and miserable. But could be getting better again later next week, when we hope it'll remain so.

Trust you and the 'other four' are well in health and dancing from room to room. All is fine here.

    Bye bye......for the mo.

  7. A song more could do some listening to. One of the bands I saw at a 80's reunion festival a few years ago! Sounded just as good, too.

  8. Hey sweetie! Just popping in to say "hello!" I never heard of that song, either. I was one of those odd kids (and adults) who rarely listened to music.

I"m on the mend from my concussion and spent the ENTIRE afternoon and evening "resting" in bed with a 30 year old tradesman with a magnificent body ....lol I'll post about it tomorrow.

I think you are the only boyfriend I have that doesn't listen to music, and that's OK with me. smooches, eh? :)

  9. About the time I got married (I was 28) my then wife mentioned John Lennon. I said: "Who is that ?" She told me that I was the only person on the planet who didn't know who the Beatles were. lol

Mr. Thick-Cocked Tradesman is sound asleep beside me in bed! He's worn out, poor guy!
