Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Heaven Must Have Sent You" - this is how I feel about my boyfriends!  MWAH! :)

Only 348 days til...(you know what!)

  1. Hey, you've posted a real get-up-and-go one here, A.M. And I would, were it not that for some days now I've been limping around with a sensitive area having developed on the sole of my right foot (near the ball, since you ask) preventing me from partaking in my secret curtains-drawn pleasure - or, at least, one of them. Seeing the doc on Tues. Meantime, whenever I go out, getting some suspicious looks from people wondering exactly what it is that's causing me to walk with a limp. I've started keeping my hands out of my pockets in order to reassure them.
Anyway, you go and dance yourself silly, while you can!

Btw: Any thoughts or discoveries about Cubby? I saw his brief comment on a recent posting of Kelly's, but it would be nice to know what's going on - even if he's decided to wipe the slate clean and start off with a new blog.

    1. plantar fasciitis perhaps, or a bone spur. yes, see the MD on tuesday so that you will be dancing once again! :)

I cannot speak for cubby; we just need to be patient and wait. I hope he knows how much he is loved and missed amongst his friends. :(

PS - I DID participate in a curtains-drawn pleasure this monring...a one-woman performance, as it were...

    2. Yes, I do so want to get back on my pins again. Not just for the sake of getting round but also, having always been a great walker, my lack of exercise for the given reason (very important for us diabetics to keep moving) has started making me gain weight, and my B.M.I. has recently moved outside the 'desirable' range. So, only hope that doc will point a way to end the present discomfort.

Yes, looking forward to finding out about Cubby's intentions, though without forcing his hand.

But doesn't Hubby wish to join you in your secretive behind-the-curtains activities?

    3. my one-woman performance is very satisfying. ;-)

and you don't have to be diabetic to enjoy some form of exercise. my joining a gym almost 2 years ago has produced great benefits for my back, knees, and various other parts. stretching, weight lifting, etc. has my body feeling stronger!

  2. Good Morning!

    "Sing like no one's listening."

This works well for me when I'm in the car. It doesn't work so well when the kids are listening. They make smart comments like, "Dad, if you sing again babies will cry and dogs will howl" or my personal favorite, "It's burning my ears."

You gotta love the little brats, I mean little darlings.

    Have a great weekend!

    2. Spent the morning at my daughter's soccer game. :-) These are fun. When I'm watching a game I feel like all is right in our little corner of the world.

Spent the afternoon working on coursework. :-(

My older sister came over and had dinner with us. :-)

A good day, all in all. :-)
