OMB, this was sooooo damn goooood! smooth chocolate fudge with real maple syrup crystals!
it's canadian, eh? :)
I received this candy (and a few other canadian-only chocolates) in a swap package from a fellow knitting friend in ontario this february. the blue stuff below the candy is silk yarn. I still have the yarn; the fudge didn't last very long around here! ;-)
Had to look up the word 'l'erable' in mon dictionnaire, but your description had already covered it. Mmmmmm - Even though I wouldn't be allowed to taste, I am permitted to salivate. But you've scoffed them all anyway, you naughty, NAUGHTY lady!
ReplyDeleteWhat? And Hubby got NONE? Worse and worse!
Deleteno, I shared the goodness with him, silly! my mama taught me how to share!
DeleteI am that rare breed that does not like chocolate--unless it's part of a Peanut Butter Cup--so Raybeard can have mine.
ReplyDeleteI'm a giver!
Your generosity has not gone unnoticed, Bob, for which I thank you. But although I too was never a big chocky eater, they are now, for health reasons, on the 'verboten' list. So I'll pass them back to Anne-Marie. Seems like she just can NOT get enough of them!
Deletedamn str8 (or gay)! we women need the hormones in chocolate! send it alllll tooooo meeeee! :)
