Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Cold Hearted" - watch out for snakes! ;-)

PS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO SLUGGY! :)

Do please send more healing thoughts to our Cajun.  His lack of communication is troubling. :(

I didn't know this one at all. Not really surprising when I see that although it topped the American charts (just for one week) in 1990, in our country it reached the virtually airless heights of #forty-six! I'd only concur with the verdict at the end of this video - "It's very nice'.

Sharing concerns about Cajun, concerns of which are getting deeper by the day,
I hope that you and all the fam are fine. I and the furry ones (five here at the mo) are doing okay, each of us hoping that Winter is at last showing signs of fizzling out. However, still early days when God alone knows what can yet happen.

    Have a luvery w/e, d'you hear?
    Chin-chin!

    1. I was in the separation/getting back together phase with the ex-husband when this song was on the charts. needless to say, it rang a bell in my head.

all is well here. we had 2 inches of snow friday night/saturday morning. ugh! but only 23 more days til baseball season starts; this is a sure sign of spring for me!

smooches, king raybeard and pussies! :)

    2. Re Cajun - yes, referring to one of your comments below, A.M., it must be in all our thoughts whether the happening he was hinting at in a recent blog of his has come about. All our hearts will be heavy with the possibility until we know - and if it is so then there's little more to be said, though a lot to be felt.
If he is far removed from me in geographical terms he's close to me in another way, in being my age..

Anyway, after that sobering subject, let's try to look forward to the coming of Spring.

    4. Nope. We can but wait grimly, but in hope.

Btw: As it seems I can't respond to your reply (blasted computers!) to my comment on J.G.s blog re wedding rings, just because I use such language doesn't indicate that I know the MEANING of such terms. It can only be the corrupting influence of reading other people's blogs that has led me downwards. Great pity that they're not all as clean as yours. ;-)

    5. and mine IS nasty sometimes! that person had no right to be rude to john and chris; perhaps she will be sacked as a result.

  2. I have this song, but it's been awhile since I've listen to it. Good choice.

I'm feeling better tonight, but we'll see how I do in the morning.

  7. Late to the party, what with a computer suffering from, well, whatever computers suffer from, but I will say this:
As a singer, Abdul is a fine dancer.
