Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Mr. Vain" - paging Donald (t)Rump to the white courtesy phone please!

PS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Harper's Keeper and Jon.

PPS - Welcome new friend Wandering and Wondering!  She found me on Bob's blog.

  2. Well .... she's fierce, isn't she?

Quick story: took a tumble while working in the yard yesterday.
This morning Carlos asked if it still hurt and I said,
"Only when I take a breath."
    Carlos said, "Don't breathe."

PS Wandering and Wondering; great blog!

  5. M'ning, A.M. - or only just? (14.45 here right now),
While cognisant of the fact that your motive in posting this particular refrain is in 'tribute' to one of your 'esteemed' 'politicians' (Drat, I've run out of apostrophes!) I see that it only reached a lowly #20 in the U.S. yet it topped the charts here for an entire month in 1993. Although pleasant enough I don't think it quite merited being as fully chart-dominating as it was within these shores.

Continues mild here, and may it much longer. All is well though concern fur little Blackso increases daily (currently sleeping beside me) as his little body seems to be covered with 'sores' or something all over, which seems to be why his fur is falling out. It only started happening not much more than a month ago. Been deferring taking him to the vet as I'm dreading hearing that what it needs to set him right will cost me more than I have. He's not visibly suffering though it can't be very pleasant for him. Don't know what to do at his advanced age of 16+. Worry about him is consuming me more and more.
Other than that, just getting on with life day after day.

    And you and yours?
I've got H.K. on my b'day list so will try to remember to send him a message on the morning of the actual day.

That's all for now. Hope I have better news about my little furry-becoming-furless friend during the coming week.

    Byeeeeee.

  7. Good morning! Trump is more than Mr. Vain. He's a bully, an idiot, and the last time I checked a mutual fund would have created just as much wealth over time as he has, since he started out with roughly $200 million from his father.

This tune is definitely a chance of pace, and I like it. Hope you have a great weekend!

    1. I read a line in someone else's blog - "Rump likes to masturbate his own ego"; fits perfectly!

hope you have been out walking and enjoying nature's beauty!

  9. Thanks for the warm welcome. Speaking of dancing, we're on our way to watch granddaughter #5 in a hip hop show. She dances so like a queen of pop and lock. When I grow up I want to dance like her!
