Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"
Rock And A Hard Place" - not a great place to be stuck.

PS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Sassybear and Cubby!

  1. I know a lot about rocks...and hard places...but most of my knowledge isn't intended to be publicly shared.

Love the Stones, but my back hurts and I probably shouldn't dance. Rainy Saturday morning, and I'm eating pancakes as I'm writing this.
    Have a great weekend!

    1. have you ever tried corncakes? better than plain pancakes...take a box of corn muffin mix, add egg and milk and 1 T vanilla extract, spoon onto griddle/skillet. dee-lish with real butter and real maple syrup!

    2. That sounds great - I'll have to try it!

    3. it's the ONLY way we make pancakes any more; we buy jiffy corn muffin mix, about 59 cents/box at aldi.

  4. Do you like Mick's mouth, Anne Marie? The late Joan Rivers said he could suck an egg out of a chicken.

  5. G'day, A.M.
Hoping that this'll be the last time that I won't be able to hear your weekly offering. If I can get a new and functioning laptop for this time next week I'll be chuffed to high heaven. Been waiting some days now for computer chappie to come round and help me choose one on-line but he ain't showed up yet. I don't think he's really very enthusiastic about doing it but, hang it all, I'm ready to pay him for his time, and I don't have the expertise to pick one myself and risk the chance of it being a poor buy and wasting so much money. It's urgent now and if he doesn't materialise I'll just have to take matters into me own hands. There's no one else I can turn to. So further news awaits. Meantime, problems on this oldie proliferate - I'm now unable to access blogs of Dr Spo, Sassybear and Fearsome plus one or two others, so you can appreciate how urgently this needs to be remedied.
But I can access you, at least for now, which is darned good.

So, how art thou and thine? We're all okay here, though Blackso, at such an advanced age, is losing fur at an alarming rate, and also getting sick nearly every day, as well as night, though his appetite is fine and his nosey remains wet.

Our weather continues to disappoint, with temps well down in the 50s today, which has been typical for recent weeks. Time is getting on, with nights starting to pull in again just one month from now. Still, other than moan there's not much else we can do.

Best wishes from me and the pussikins to all five of you.
Have a jolly fine w/e, right?
    Byeeeee!

    1. and the furkids are no help in selecting a computer. and yes, you need a new one in the worst way.

still rainy and cold; the heat is still on at home; mowing the lawn (for spouse) is a struggle in between the rain storms. but there IS more daylight, so a bright spot in an otherwise sameness pattern.

c'mon blackso, daddy and the blogosphere are worried about their pussy friend.

spouse went to see "keanu" yesterday; he will post a review shortly.

smooches and snorgles to all at your flat!

    2. Yes, I'm here, A.M. I'll At last with new laptop AND with sound! (and on Windows 10, too!)I'll be able to dance to your next musical offering, though may well have forgotten how to do it. But happier days are certainly here!

Btw: Never heard of 'Keanu' - Don't know if that's the name of a film or was Mr Reeves appearing live on stage?

  6. Good morning! It's quite beautiful outside. The sun is out, but due to our weather patterns there's a chance of showers. It's neat how we have blue sky overhead but just off in the distance there's storm clouds.

I got my exercise in bright and early, so now I can spend the rest of the day shopping, doing a load of laundry, and gaming. Not necessarily in that order.

    Have a great weekend!
