Saturday Night Dance Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Disco Inferno" - burn baby burn, burn that mutha down!  For Janey, Goddess of Purity and Sunshine, who asked so nicely for a disco tune this week.  And just look at the clothes and choreography!

PS - Happy Birthday to Jim (Jimmas Day, August 28); we miss your voice out here!

    Thank you, THANK YOU, O Wise Warrior Queen! That song, and a cup of espresso, got my morning rolling! I am ready to burn that mutha down! I believe I have an identical red and white outfit; it was tight back then but let me go try it on and see if still fits... ;-) Happy Weekend to all!

  7. G'day, A.M. (Speaking to you from further down the list than I think I've ever been before. But still nice here.)
    The music on this tape holds up better than the day-glo, flared rig-outs which Trampps are flapping about in. Well, that was the '70s for you, when we ALL wore flares for 'fear' of feeling not 'with it'.

    All okay here. And you and yours? have temps started to drop away at all or was your choice of an 'Inferno' song a message?
    We're in the 'just right' zone - low to mid 20s - and it's been like that for some time and due to continue well into next week at least. MAH-vellous!
    My usual, but honest, greetings and strokes to your all and sundry who deserve it.
    Byeeeee!

    1. Sorry, A.M. Forgot to translate the temps. (No, it's not THAT chilly!) In Fahrenheit it's around mid-70s here right now. Wunderbar! - but no hotter, PLEASE!

    2. good afternoon king! I slept in last night, so I didn't publish til 7a this morning. isn't this a great video from back in the day?

      it cooled off this week; I was able to have the windows open for 3 days. right now the air conditioner is on again since it is bloody hot out there. spouse and I went out very early to the grocery store before the heat settled in. I'd settle for low to mid 20s C right now.

      2 paws and 4 paws all well here. hope it's the same at your location. {{{{{hugs}}}}}

  9. I never heard of the Trammps - but I've sure known a few.

    It's too hot and humid to disco. I almost passed out from the heat yesterday. It hasn't rained in two days - which is considered a drought here in TN.
