G'day, A.M., Very grateful to you for taking time out from waiting hand and foot (and everything else) on the incapacitated RTG, to post this happy, happy music - another little number from the most seminal decade of my life. (It actually only got to #56 here in '89 but its infectious rhythm is very much typical of what we twirled to on the disco floor in that long-gone era).
All fine here, with Summer now parcelled away for another year and dumped at the back of the cupboard. Temps down to middle or lower 60s, which is more than acceptable for now - until we get tired of that too. Nuffink else going on, apart from all four of us inching yet further into advancing age. And you? Yes, yes I know - but apart from him how are YOU and the little uns?
Yes, often thinking of F.B., though he very bravely in his difficult times continues to post pictures of bearded hotties for us to ogle over. Can only assume that it helps to keep him sane.
Now I won't detain you any longer. You'd better go and check that he doesn't need anything else, will you? Ta. ;-) Byeeeeee!
contrary to popular belief, RTG is NOT incapacitated. he just cannot lift anything heavy with his right hand. he sees an orthopedist tomorrow.
it cooled off this week here; windows have been open a few days now. some tree leaves are turning yellow. cats and I are well; fall allergies are starting. work is busy.
Never heard of Taylor Dayne - I like the video but that old man annoys me...
Beautiful Sept. weather here, but storms are expected tonight. Wanna buy some cats? My trio of felines are driving me CRAZY. Could it be the effects of the full moon?
I have always loved Taylor Dayne. Years ago I did a drag number to her version of the Barry White song, Can't Get Enough of Your Love, a dance version too. It seemed a crowd pleaser.
Hi there my dear, My you always have a good song to get all of us going. BTW, How are the fur kids doing? And please don't hate me but I have a few ABBA songs on my phone I listen to. Catch you again later dahling. Randy in NEB.
Goodness she seems familiar and I love the song. Plus her hair is just beautiful. I always look at people's hair because I have very little and it will be wig time soon. I keep missing your posts late again.
