DeleteAs you know, cats can pick up on moods, though not as acutely as dogs can. I'm sure, in fact I know, that their loving response can provide a valuable source of comfort in times of trouble.
As long as I can do when I turn 80 the same as I can do now, then one can't wish for much more - though being a little richer would help!
