Saturday Night Protest Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Nobody Wins" - we the people lose bigly under the Dump Dictatorship!

RESIST, INSIST, PERSIST, ENLIST! (thank you Hillary!)

ORGANIZE!  MOBILIZE!  TAKE A KNEE!  RAISE A FIST!

CALL OUT THE H8!  EVERYWHERE!  RIGHT FUCKING NOW!

True Fact - Mary Chapin Carpenter is singing backup vocals on this track.

  2. OMG I haven't heard Radney Foster since I used to watch CMT and TNN. You know, back when they were country music networks that played music videos. Great choice, and I love MCC's music too.

  7. Oh good grief I'm old! I remember when he was half of Foster & Lloyd, looking like a young Billy Jean King (only prettier) and singing Crazy Over You. Do they still make Geritol?

  12. I don't know the guy or the song, but did enjoy it.

I was in the glorious city of Philadelphia this weekend for the Women's March and it was packed, upwards of around 40,000 I think I heard. I was happy to see some trans woman there, but some of my friends didn't go as they thought the event didn't represent all diversity. But that's not what I saw. Since Ill be a woman one day I want to know I will have equal rights. And it was a glorious day weather wise too. I wondered if you were in the crowd? I thought I heard some swearing toward trump from a corner????
