Saturday Night Protest Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Games People Play" - and Donald Dump is playing a VERY dangerous game right now.  LOCK HIM UP!

"Keep believing. Keep marching. Keep building. Keep raising your voice. Every generation has the opportunity to remake the world.” - Barack Obama, July 2018

PS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY (July 20) to Joe (Mark's husband)!

  1. A dangerous game indeed. But I'm feeling like it's coming to an end soon.

    Have a faboosh weekend AM!

  2. I’m tired of this game. May I take my ball and go home? Can’t it all just be a bad dream?

    1. wish it were just a bad dream...unfortunately it's real and will take YEARS to undo the damage!

  3. First of all, I'd like to address that Anonymous white man up there (I would never click on that link). Pea brain, I know at least three Asian women who would cut off your Vienna sausage, boil it and feed it to you as a very light snack. And boy have you wandered into the wrong blog!

Just venting. Anyway, Carebear, I love, love, love the late Joe South! This song seems to be even more relevant today.

    1. In '69, I was 13, probably in a library in San Diego or beating up bullies who thought that a skinny, shy bookworm was easy prey. I ran herd on five younger siblings, idiot bullies were a piece of cake. Okay, the flashback music and wavy lines can stop now!
Joe South's Walk a Mile in My Shoes is a good one, too.

    2. I was 14 and a freshman in high school. bullied at school and at home. I haven't heard "walk a mile in my shoes" in a long time...

    1. Boy...we can only hope Raybeard. It seems to just continue and get more circus like. What a laughing stock the US has become

    2. The two things that I can't explain, M.M., - and I reckon that just about all Americans can't - is why is Mueller taking so darned long to do SOMETHING to put the brakes on Dump, and why do so many Americans (isn't it something like 32%?), despite everything, CARRY ON supporting him. You'd think they'd all want to cut their losses and admit they were wrong before the farce/fiasco goes any further!

    3. The same here with us. The international set is getting just as annoyed with him as Trump.

My mother had a saying. Shit, or get off the pot. But alas, he is the only one I suppose who can end it. Unless he is being paid to drag it out. That would be a shock!

    4. @raybeard - we have entered monsoon season - rainy and cool all this week.

as RTG says, mueller has to find charges that will stick to the dump in court. can't have the dump going free on a nuance. and the idiot 32% have the IQ of a flea and are part of the dump cult.

@magpie - don't think mueller is being paid.

  5. I'm looking forward to this end game, and I hope there's a LOT of Republicans that will join him in prison. I don't know who the janitor is in the Capitol building, but by the time they go down the list to see who will succeed the Traitor In Chief that's who's going to be the interim POTUS.

  7. I must admit I checked your blog twice this week for a "Hurl" entry. Especially after the orange man/child's performance on Monday. I've lost three pounds this week from nausea alone. Putin giving DOTUS a ball to play with while Putin pontificated was the end. Where are our leaders?

    1. we don't HAVE any leaders...unless you count the parkland kids.

  10. Great song Anne Marie! I am hoping that this nightmare will come to an end sooner than later. With each passing day, he drives our country further down the tubes. We are a laughing stock in the world community and we will be left behind when other nations formulate trade deals. I cannot wait to see his downfall!

  16. I think we all play "games" to some extent, some in a more public setting, which dangerously affects more people, and others in a private setting where only those close to them will feel the hurt.

you speak the truth. unfortunately, the dump is playing with not only the USA, but the rest of the world. and he MUST be removed before more serious damage can be done.
