Saturday Night Protest Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Stacy's Mom" - or, in this case,
Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose's mom, Lori Loughlin.  More fucking white privilege!  Expel the daughters from USC and throw the mother in jail!  The blond bimbo daughters can go do porn or modelling or acting...

  1. From what I read yesterday the daughters are either expelled from USC or they withdrew. Either way, good. Bye.

    Have a faboosh weekend AM!

  2. That's what it's like to be born on third base and believe you hit a triple, as they say.

  3. The feeling and being privileged and entitled are things I've never experienced. I'm sure these people will all be disgraced and retreat to one of their properties in Europe.

Donate to Pete Buttigieg! Lets get him on the main stage of the debates to let the US people see who we are. He represents us well!

  4. We note with bemusement over here that we wouldn't be having our continuing Brexit farce (nobody STILL knows what's going to happen!) if only our Prime Minister had followed the advice of a certain aspiring Nobel Peace Prize Winner (failed - thanks to Little Rocket Man) who explained to her how to negotiate but she just wouldn't listen. Well, we know who to turn to next time we want advice on how to act 'statesmanlike'. Thanks, Donny Baby!

All fine here, with Spring's arrival still on hold and little sign of things improving. Maybe it's waiting for Brexit to resolve, so it could yet be some time.
Have a luverly w/e, you, RTG and the li'l gals.

    1. that brexit mess! I say let the people vote again and the guvmint must abide by what the people say!

some purple crocus have bloomed in the past few days, along with the snowdrops. I hear birdies singing in the morning now. today is sunny and blue skies, temps in the 40sF. the girls are taking their morning naps. RTG is writing his sunday blog post. I have laundry & grocery shopping to do today. SMOOCHES!

    2. That disastrous referendum was now getting on for THREE YEARS ago. W.Q., since when many of the older generations (who voted something like 65% in favour of Brexit) have snuffed it while those youngsters who couldn't vote then and can now would vote 90% against it. No wonder they won't hold another referendum - 'cos that one's become invalid. If the result had been something like 70/30 then there might be an argument to leave it, but 52/48 was hardly decisive anyway. I'm pig-sick of the whole sorry mess!

Our 'Spring' should be arriving in about 10 days - you've beaten us to it, but we WILL get there.
Greetings to all, once more.- and I've just commented on RTG's most learned views, thanks.

  5. I was astonished by the caucasity of it all. The meritocracy of it all. And then Junior had the gall to criticize the’elote’ when him and Ivanka and Jared have all benefited (and keep benefiting) from having been born on third base. Ugh.
    XoXo

Cute song! I think they had that hit and that was that.

  6. I loathe this song, probably because I can't identify with the subject matter. No that can't be it because I love Fancy both the Bobbie Gentry version and Reba's, and I ain't never been no ho (role playing doesn't count). I also loathe cheaters of any kind so with the current sitchyashun it is so apropos. Your selections always are, Carebear.

    1. I try, duchess. never heard the bobbie gentry version of "fancy"; I do know reba's by heart.

    2. Bobbie Gentry wrote the song. It came out around 1969. I was 13 running around singing it. They always seemed to cut the verse out about her being a success, when played on the radio. They did the same with Reba's version. Pissed me off! I guess you can sing about being a ho, you just aren't allowed to be good at it! I've always loved Bobbie Gentry's voice, and this is my favorite of hers. It may be on the you tuby thing.

    3. I did not know that! I remember watching the reba video on CMT.

  7. I actually like this song, and listen to it with Stacy's mom.

Okay, I don't but it rhymed. LOL!

The daughters are leaving USC, and as much as it pains me I need to see "Black Canary" go to jail. Especially since she's married to Hardcore Trumper/Fashion Designer Mossimo.

I read the list of people who got caught up in all this, and it's not just USC. We have a snooty Catholic college called USD in the middle of town, and someone paid $250k to get their kid into that. That one was a head scratcher. Wasn't Notre Dame available?

    1. mossimo is an ugly muthafucka; looks like a "goodfella". when I went to college (back in the old days when dinosaurs still roamed), annual tuition was less than $2500/year. I was a "commuter student"; I did not live on campus.

  9. I scraped enough qualifications to get into art school the hard way. Much as my parents loved me - their attitude was get on with hard work, or try harder.
    Don’t know this song.
I’m nit especially political but have you seen what is going on over here? I’m seriously thinking of emigrating (probably wouldn’t get in!) and taking up a house boi position at The Casa.

  12. Hi beautiful! I can't get over how many people are surprised that this bribing crap was happening, it's been happening for generations the only difference now is people are getting caught. I think white privilege is a negative term, it should be wealth privilege because the same crap happens to ordinary people in every country no matter what race or religion.

    1. for me, the surprise is people now being held accountable for their evil. I like the "wealth privilege" term.

  13. I can't believe I've been so enraged about this story. It should be no surprise to any of us. Still. Appalling!

  14. I've seen this many times in my life. In Catholic high school, a classmate was caught dealing drugs at school. His wealthy father made a large donation to the church. His son got a 3 day suspension instead of expulsion and prosecution. RJJS
