Saturday Night Protest Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"Ohio" - say their names: Jeffrey Miller, Allison Krause, Sandra Scheuer, William Knox Schroeder.  And don't think for one second this cannot happen ever again.

  1. I didn't know this track but feel I ought to.
Post-Hollies Mr Nash, who I always thought gave some upper-register clout to C.S.N (& Y.) is currently doing a tour of this his home country with a Q & A session (and some songs), though not, as far as I can see, to anywhere around here. Pity 'cos I'd like to have attended.

We've just had countrywide local elections here in which Mrs May's party, as well as the main opposition, have both been hammered - and what's the Prime Minister's take on it? Namely that the voters are fed up with interminable Brexit and they just want it to be delivered quickly - never mind that the big winners were actually the anti-Brexit Greens (who got my vote) and the Liberals. So it's not only the obvious one which has a barmy leader, please add us to the list (though we suspected it already) - and you can add Brazil, Russia and a good score more.

We're experiencing a throwback to February weather right now, thanks yet again to climate change (which we all know is a hoax, right?). I don't think you're faring much better. But whatever you're going through don't let it spoil your w/e, will you? Otherwise all okay here, as I hope yours are.
    Byeeeeee!

  3. You are absolutely correct...IT CAN HAPPEN AGAIN and possibly on a much larger scale, because we have immoral charlatan pieces of shit in control of our lives. VOTE...VOTE...VOTE.

    1. it's the harmony, like the beach boys or the four seasons, that makes the songs.

  8. I found that video powerful, I was thinking those protesters are soldiers as well... fighting and dying for peace and better control over your government, sad that so many Americans want to give up that control nowadays. That will change back in the next election!!! Especially if you put in that dreamy Pete guy! ;)

  9. It makes me wonder why we aren’t taking to the streets en mass. Goodness knows there is cause. When will the public tire of this charade and fight back?

  11. I was running around in diapers when this happened. Yes, this can happen again.

Why haven't I taken to the streets? I'll lose my job, an no one hires anyone over 45 anymore for a good paying job.

    1. try being 65; if I lost my job, NO ONE would hire me...well, maybe wallfart, but I would NEVER sell my soul to a shitty organization like that!
