  3. Love the Irises. A couple of years back we had a whole slew of them just appear in a planting bed along the driveway--and we've lived here seven years with nary a sign of them.
    So pretty.

    1. oh, dear mistress, as a born and bred philly city girl, my hands NEVER touch dirt!

      the flowers were planted by the former owner of my home, and every year the blossoms arise from their dirt nap. I do NOTHING to help them out.

      besides, where are the damn houseboyz? THEY should be working in the garden! ;-b

  12. Lily Of The Valley is my favourite oil burner essence - such a pretty little bowing flower too! Breakfast cheesecake - what a fabulous idea! Don't think my stomach knows what time of day it is anyhow...!
