Deletethe south shall NOT rise again if I rule the world!
DeleteSQUEE!!!! Lilly of the Valley is my fave!!!
ReplyDeleteand it smells sooooooo good. :)
Deletebut I must keep it outside due to my allergies. :(
Love the Irises. A couple of years back we had a whole slew of them just appear in a planting bed along the driveway--and we've lived here seven years with nary a sign of them.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty.
at least my resident deer don't eat them!
DeleteThe iris are my favorite. Looks like you have a great color display.
ReplyDeletemost of the flowers around my house were planted by the previous owner, like the iris. they just come up year after year.
DeleteGreat shots. I love Lillies of the valley. I sure miss not having a yard and garden. Apartment living has few benefits.
ReplyDeleteCheers.
tru fax dat. at least you don't have to mow the lawn; I doubt you would be up to doing that under your present medical constraints.
Deletesmooches! :)
Lilly of the Valley and iris are among my favorite flowers! You have a green thumb. My garden implements are behind my shed can you start around 3 tomorrow?
ReplyDeleteoh, dear mistress, as a born and bred philly city girl, my hands NEVER touch dirt!
Deletethe flowers were planted by the former owner of my home, and every year the blossoms arise from their dirt nap. I do NOTHING to help them out.
besides, where are the damn houseboyz? THEY should be working in the garden! ;-b
I miss spring ): in Brazil it's starting to be cold!
ReplyDeleteI know; you have the reverse season from mine. OBRIGADO for your comment! :)
DeleteBeautiful flowers, pineapple cheesecake, - - and the prospect of tomatoes and peppers! What could be better? Spring is glorious! I love the Iris flowers.
ReplyDeleteyep, what's NOT to love about this moment in time? oh yeah, the allergies...
DeleteAnd the pretties just keep on coming! Nice!

DeleteBeautious! :)
ReplyDeletemerci, mon ami! :)
DeleteMine are still licking and ticking - when does this stuff wear off i wonder?
ReplyDeletea couple of months. enjoy it whilst you can!
DeleteLily Of The Valley is my favourite oil burner essence - such a pretty little bowing flower too! Breakfast cheesecake - what a fabulous idea! Don't think my stomach knows what time of day it is anyhow...!
ReplyDeletelily of the valley is pretty, but the scent aggravates my allergies so bad; I must leave the flowers outside.
Deletecheesecake and chocolate are good ANY time of the day!
Pineapple cheescake! Last time I had one of these delicies was when I lived in Philly. Thanks for reminding me. Can't find any around here but I'll make me some.
ReplyDeletemy grandmother used to buy pineapple cheesecake from a sw philly corner bakery all the time. this is pretty damn close to hers, and reminds me of her when I eat it.
Deleteand Dr Spo still has his. I guess I had not idea that stuff lasted forever.
ReplyDeleteyep, it can. mine has started to flake off (just like me, a flake off)!
