Much relief expected here next week, W.Q., when forecast end of current, horribly cold spell is due, which will be ever so welcome after more than two weeks of shivery days and nithery nights. All five of us have been suffering in extreme discomfort though, of course it's only I who has to pay. I think that you too have had a good share of similar. Anyway, hope that it just MIGHT be Winter saying its farewells, though I doubt it this early. Nonetheless the sun WILL, be out come the 20th, will it not? Have a happy w/e.
I'm picking up a slice of cake when I go grocery shopping later today to celebrate Karma doing her best.
A number of MAGAts are getting banned from Twitter right now. When they cry how Twitter can't do that, we correctly cite a certain court case involving gay wedding cakes as the reason why Twitter can ban people from their platform.
Oh, two great ones, though Shirley & Company have always been a fave. I first heard it on the AM radio, of course, but it became part of my heart when I happened on a used copy of a K-tel album at a rummage sale. I snagged it for a quarter and enjoyed the tiny snippet of the song over and over again. Thank you for these, today. And yes... Shame, Shame, Shame... indeed!
Oh my lands....I made it in after weeks!!!! I haven't been able to in weeks!i wonder how many others can't or is it just me? Hope you well in these times. William is sick and were awaiting results of covid test. And we are never out except for take out or groceries. Keeping fingers crossed.
hope william is OK. pearly gates seems to have trouble seeing my blog too. don't know why. stay safe, dear agnes.
spouse and I are both covid negative and we just registered with montgomery county for a vax shot. they say it could take a month or more before we get an appointment to actually GET the shot.
Haven't heard that first song in forever! And I don't think I've ever heard that second song before. Anyway, yes, shame, shame, shame!
