Pic of the Day - May 13

Gratuitous pussy pic for Raybeard.  Nyla was sunning herself on the porch yesterday.  "Paint me like a French girl."

Home made (in the bread maker) honey oatmeal bread hot outta da pan.  What's in it?  Flour, water, yeast, honey, oatmeal, salt, dry milk, olive oil.  Notice what's NOT in it?  High fructose corn syrup, artificial anything, preservatives, additives.  You can pronounce all the ingredients and I made this loaf for about 70 cents.  BOO YAH!

  1. Oh, thank you A.M. I am truly honoured - and I'm sure that ALL pussy-lovers would wish to join my appreciation of your handsome girl, sitting there like a wise queen surveying her domain and on the lookout for any unwelcome intruders. Such pics as this can be guaranteed to raise my spirits - though today they didn't need raising.

And as if that wasn't enough, were I there, I might even be able to 'sample' a slice or three of that very enticing honey bread (and damn the consequences!). You've excelled even yourself today, A.M.!

    2. Hmm... "orgasmic bread?" That makes me think of that infamous scene from "When Harry Met Sally." (You have seen this, right?)

I just have to hear the phrase, "I'll have what she's having," and I crack up.

  4. Oh, that bread looks so delicious. But round? My bread machine makes a rectangular loaf. My son is having problems with gluten, so we have been experimenting with gluten-free ingredients. It is difficult to make bread without wheat flour, but we keep on trying. Last night, we used Bob's Red Mill all-purpose GF flour.

    1. some bread maker pans are round, others are rectangular. this is my second bread maker (I wore my first one out about 3 years ago); both pans were round.

more and more gluten-free items are showing up on store shelves every day. bob's is a good brand. experimentation is fun FOR SCIENCE! ;-)

  5. OMG if that is half as good as the sourdough you brought me, it will be HEAVENLY!!!

And it's nice to see your pussy at rest (in my best "Are You Being Served" English accent).

    Peace <3
