I must confess that I was 7 years old in 1961. by the time I got to my teen years in the late 60s, we were still dancing, but we were also protesting the vietnam war and the political assassinations.
M'ning A.m. Well, if I remember this one at all it's only very vaguely, though it got to #7 here in 1961 (#1 in U.S.A., I see) - and it's jolly stompingly good!
Sun is shining here, warm, and all is right in our little corner of the world. Nuffink much else to say. I've seen your other very recent post so I knows hows yous lot are faring, trying to cope with those high temps. Never mind - nights are starting to draw in now. Have a jolly fine w/e, Byeeeeeeeee!
Have you ever danced like that girl, with your arms waving up and down and your hair tousled? That I'd like to see!
