Mid 1980s British pop - be still my heart! Takes me right back to school days. A great choice to warm my heart as we are heading into the first real cold snap of winter next week.
There is definitely something about you, that I like Anne Marie!!! I still am enjoying our lunch! I also used to love this song and Level 42. Their voices were captivating for so reason. I always had the hits for the dark haired one. While watching the slide show.....those were some outfits they had, no? Now dear, have you arranged the stripper for Marks cake yet?????
I was out running (not literally) the streets from 11a-2p doing errands today. tomorrow - indoor chores day (ooooooh, hang a new shower curtain)! my life is SO exciting - NOT!
G'day, W.Q. We've been a bit out of the loop in blogland recently, but we're still here and all is fine - well, okay anyway. Nothing seriously down. Hope you're in good working order as well as your extended 'family'. Do have a jolly w/e - and keep warm. Byeeeee!
No, I've been fine, W.Q., but thanks for asking. Just going through a stage of melancholia - nowt really to worry about when one considers the trials that some others are going through. Now keep yourself and the kits - and RTG's head - all well wrapped up. :-)
I needed a song like this today. Last night, I pretty much gave up on humanity. For a little while, I thought the vampires on the SyFy TV show Van Helsing had more compassion.
Great choice! You have picked a song from my youth. I think I actually had this disc some place. Level 42 are still doing the rounds and Id love to see them. Have a great weekend.
