Saturday Night Protest Party!

This is how I am feeling right now.

Dance like no one's watching.

Sing like no one's listening.

"The Hustle" - Traitor Donald Dump is hustling to get all the dirt on the 2020 challengers from his foreign bed buddies!

"Keep believing. Keep marching. Keep building. Keep raising your voice. Every generation has the opportunity to remake the world.” - Barack Obama, July 2018

PS - HAPPY BIRTHDAY/FELIZ CUMPLEANOS (June 16) to Mitchell!

  2. Are you enjoying your Summer, W.Q.? We're yet waiting for ours to start. Apart from our freakish Easter w/e weather when temps were grazing 30, since then it's barely touched even 20 - more often than not in the mid-teens, just like today. Can't remember when we had such a slow start to the season proper as we soon come up to Midsummer's Day. Is it going to miss us completely this year? Anyway, you please do love your sunshine and warmth - and blow a bit of it this way, will you?

Have a nice week-end, all of you - from me and, currently, two dozing pussycats whom I'm right now off to join with a purr-purr.

    1. Forecast to end of month here still shows no appreciable warming up. Colour me perplexed and frustrated.

Though BLOTUS and family have gone the odour yet lingers. Only this morning he's still taking tweet pot shots at the London mayor re crime in our capital. Oh, if only we had a society free of conflict such as exists in the U.S.A.!
Btw: London mayor, as you may know, happens to be a Muslim, though I cannot think for one solitary second that that would have anything at all to do with his BLOTUS' animosity.

Oh dear, just seen Patchie's legs poking out from under parked car outside - so must go. He only does this to test me and scare me, the devil!

    2. mister khan made fun of the dump, and the dump's fee-fees were hurt, so the dump has to "get even". we are having a bad season in philly right now with the black-on-black gun violence. MAGA ain't working.

      naughty patchie!

    3. With BLOTUS (and cronies) needing votes more than ever now, we can all see what's coming - play up the likelihood of war with Iran (or whichever country is 'convenient') and declare that those who don't support America (America = himself) are unpatriotic, even traitors! I can see as well as he can. that there being enough gullible voters to fall for it, that would be the surest way to secure him a second term. Scares me rigid!

    4. war with iran, deport all "illegal aliens", wave the flag, rah rah. he is SUCH a bullshit artist! and the election is still 15 months away...

  4. Ooooh, this took me back to our wedding reception! I will not let this administration ruin the memory!
Speaking of hustling, we went to the fair yesterday. It was opening day so admission was free until 3:00. Parking was $10.00, *sigh*. Anyway, I go for the gyros. Ended up with a cutie trying to get rid of my tiny, unnoticeable lines around the corner of my eye (yes, eye singular) and the very noticeable luggage under said eye. Had to let the little Latin laddie down gently. It wasn't the price (very high) of the product, it's the fact that I won't use it. I'm sixty-three, I could give a damn! My resting bitch face doesn't work on salespeople. I had to crush the poor little twink (such a cutie). I was proud! I walked out of that fair having eaten my gyro, buying a security wallet (BH), CBD lotion and under tongue stuff for inflammation and pain, five big multi flavored licorice ropes, a purple purse and a (wait for it) adjustable bed! I wasn't suckered into the eye lotion though. So proud! May your weekend be full of fun and lack of salespeople, Carebear.

    1. security wallet, CBD lotion and under tongue stuff for inflammation and pain, eye cream...was this some kind of health fair Duchess?!?!?!?!?!And adjustable bed???? Just what in hell are you into Deedles bahahahahahahaha! And why didn't you bring me home the twink??? Much more use to me than cotton candy. I could have tied him up with the licorice ropes!!!!

And I adore you even more for knowing what a twink is and enjoying licorice ropes!!!!!!

    2. Aw shucks, Maddie. Oh, thanks for the secondary use for licorice ropes! I'm old and arthritic sweetie. The adjustable bed will help me to elevate my legs *wink* It cost thousands of dollars more than the eye lotion, but I will at least use it.
As for the twink (golden skin, cream filled lusciousness) you would've had a field day/week/month with him :)

    3. wait deedles, you mean to say I too can have something raise my legs for me, other than a man?!?!?!? This may help on Monday mornings to get me and my ass the hell up. Love ya!!!

    4. HOW could you crush that poor little latinx twink's spirit, you evil duchess! I don't give a shit about wrinkles, and I am almost 65! I'll take the purple purse and the licorice ropes (as long as they are black).

@maddie - I like the way you think! DIRRRRTY GURL!

    5. Carebear, ironically, I don't like black licorice unless it's a jelly bean. I bought (I know you're waiting with bated breath) pina colada, chocolate cherry, banana strawberry, cinnamon apple and rainbow of course.
That twink melted my heart, but I have way too many fair products collecting dust. They're cleaning products mostly. The kind that work at the fair (or on t.v.) but not when you get them home.
I don't have many wrinkles, so I've been told, and I don't look a day over 62 :) I was born with bags under my eyes, so they've always been apart of me. Why would I want to lose them now? They've never caused me any harm! Wrinkles and grey hair are a badge of honor! Wear them proudly!

    6. ooooh, I like black jelly beans too! but pina colada & strawberry banana ropes I could nomnomnom!

I don't look a day over 64 either. WHEN YOU'VE GOT THE SENIOR LOOKS, FLAUNT IT BABY, FLAUNT IT! besides they give you discounts! ;-)

Guido and I have got the mothers of all bad colds. The sort that make you not want to get out of bed - and not in a good way.
    Hope you’re fit and fine.
